First and last day of training

The first day of training is the most difficult


Without a doubt, training and being athletic are a challenge for anyone.

We all want good health, but part of having it involves sleeping well, eating well, and exercising.

Of these three, most of us overlook it and when we come to realize it, we do not have the time, energy or money to do the last one.

When we finally want to train either for pleasure, for health or to improve our condition, we find that it can really become very difficult.

It really takes a lot of will and desire to achieve it so as not to abandon training after the first day.
